Stoke hero Smith: Give Tuncay time

Stoke City hero Denis Smith has urged fans to be patient with Tuncay Sanli.

The Turkey captain is desperate for his Stoke career to catch fire, but Smith understands the thinking of manager Tony Pulis.

Ex-Sunderland boss Smith said: "Be patient. I understand people want to see a player of Tuncay's ability ASAP and he's impressed me as a substitute but it's noticeable how many of his runs and touches were not read by his colleagues. It takes times for these things to click."

Yes, there is no substitute for experience and Tunny isn't getting any warming the bench.
He needs to be included to establish his role in the team.
No more cameo appearances please!

come on Dennis with the greatest of respect,he cant do anything sat on the bench!!! And with the wealth of talent we have keeping him out ppfff!You are totally wrong,he should walk into that side it is only neg neg neg Pulis keeping him there.
