Stoke City defender Danny Collins is delighted with his current form.
Collins impressed in the stalemate against Aston Villa.
He told The Sentinel: "The gaffer said he's proud of the work rate we've put in after playing Chelsea and Burnley in the past week. For myself, I've got back into the team and I'm enjoying my football."
Collins now hopes to retain his place next Saturday against a Tottenham team bringing out the best of him and his colleagues over the past year.
"I went there and won with Sunderland last season," he recalled, "and then again this season with Glenn Whelan scoring.
"If we can get among them early on and put some pressure on them, they won't enjoy it."
