Stoke City come in for Tottenham’s Jenas

Stoke City a reportedly preparing a bid for Tottenham midfielder Jermaine Jenas.

Potters boss Tony Pulis is looking to throw in an offer of £7million for the 27-year old who is struggling for game time at White Hart Lane.

Stoke are keen to hand Jenas a lifeline as Pulis goes about business for a number of players he wants to bring in prior to the transfer deadline including Wigan’s Hugo Rodallega, Portsmouth’s Marc Wilson and Middlesbrough’s David Wheater.
