Stoke City boss Tony Pulis has confirmed Tom Soares can leave on-loan today, but defender Leon Cort will be staying.
Soares has been linked with a loan move to Sheffield Wednesday, while Cort has reportedly been arousing the interest of Championship pacesetters Newcastle United.
But today Pulis told The Sentinel: “We’ve got a bit of interest in one or two players, but I only expect one to go out.
“Leon isn’t going anywhere. But when the window opens again in January, we’ll look at it again.
“Tom needs games and is desperate to play, so we just need to find the right club for him.”
