Stoke City boss Tony Pulis isn't looking for a 'yes man' as his new assistant manager.

Stoke City boss Tony Pulis isn't looking for a 'yes man' as his new assistant manager.

"I am not too concerned about how much I like them or how well I know them," Pulis told The Sentinel. "I had never really met Dave Kemp before, but I felt he was right for me when I went to Portsmouth.

"I have to really work with someone like that who I feel will be strong enough to say if he thinks things are not going well.

"I don't really like working with people who just agree all the time."
