Ruud van Nistelrooy admits he's ready to leave Real Madrid in January.
The former Manchester United striker is being linked with Tottenham, while Roma are also keen and came close to signing him in August.
"In January I will start to negotiate with other clubs, we will also see if there will be moves from Real," said Van Nistelrooy, who has overcome a knee injury.
"Now I have recovered fully, physically, psychologically and mentally."
