Spurs boss Redknapp hails Palacios, Keane influence

Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp is delighted with the influence of Wilson Palacios and Robbie Keane on their start to the season.

Redknapp admitted: "He's made a massive difference because he is strong.

"You need people like him if you want to be successful. Wilson walks around like he is pleased to be here but he is not a big-time Charlie.

"Robbie Keane is another, he's come back - a real buzzy character - I just think it has changed the mood.

"I always felt that you could bash Spurs up when I was Portsmouth boss but I don't feel that now."

This must be Spur's best transfer window for a long time.
Cleared out the rubbish (Gilberto, Rocha e.g)
and strengthened where needed with the likes of Naughton, Bassong and Crouch.
And although we could finish bottom of the table its great to see them hopefully get 4 wins out of 4 after two long smileless seasons where we started poorly and only picked it up once all the top places were taken!
