History
Josep started his playing career in the Barcelona youth team and then made his way through to playing in the first team where he spent the bulk of his career before playing numerous other clubs and then ending his career with Sinaloa. As a manager Josep took over his old Barcelona B team before working his way up and now being the Manager of the Barcelona first team who he has already led to 2 La Liga titles and a Uefa Champions league title.
