Shearer increasingly frustrated over Newcastle situation

Alan Shearer is fed-up waiting for Newcastle United to resolve their ownership.

The Guardian says it is understood that at least two of three would-be buyers are keen to employ Shearer as manager but the owner, Mike Ashley, has refused to install him while negotiations progress in case a purchaser wanting an alternative manager materialises.

"Alan's tearing his hair out," said a source. "The days keep passing and still nothing happens."

What a mess other clubs are scouting for possible transfertargets and NUFC is still looking for a new owner. There should be a deadline for it otherwise install Shearer anyway there is a season to start soon.
