Schweinsteiger knows Mourinho wants him at Real Madrid

Bayern Munich ace Bastian Schweinsteiger remains a top target for Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho.

Bild says Mourinho is determined to bring Schweinsteiger to Madrid next season and has told the player of his intentions.

It's claimed that after Real's friendly against Bayern in Germany last month, Mourinho pulled the midfielder aside and said: "Next year, you will belong to us."

Schweinsteiger made no secret of his wish to play for Real during the World Cup, admitting with journalists that "white is my favourite colour".
