Schuster: Real Madrid will never attract Wenger-type with Valdano in charge

Bernd Schuster doesn't believe Real Madrid can ever attract a top coach with it's current structure.

Schuster says with Jorge Valdano as general manager, there will never be a coaching appointment who has a bigger profile capable of outshining the Argentine.

The former Real coach said: "With the current structure, you cannot get a great coach, who is used to commanding things himself.

"Someone like (Arsenal manager Arsene) Wenger will not ever come."
