I look forward to the new challenge and I'm looking forward to working together with everyone at a club."<p>County director Howard Greenhaf added: "We were extremely impressed with Terry when we spoke to him. 2013/14 season will split on April 19 after the final regular season fixtures are played this weekend with the 12 clubs splitting into two divisions of six teams for the final five matches.<p>The top six will play off for second and third place which will allow them to be eligible for the Europa League qualifying rounds next season after Celtic secured the title last month.<p>The Hoops will be joined by Aberdeen, Motherwell, Dundee United, Inverness CT and St Johnstone in the top six while Hibernian, Kilmarnock, Ross County, Partick Thistle, St Mirren and Heart of Midlothian will contest the second half of the league.<p>Hearts are almost certain to be relegated while the second bottom side, currently St Mirren, will enter a playoff with the winner of the Championship promotion matches involving the second to fourth teams of that division.<p>Celtic will meet Motherwell on Saturday, April 19, the day after Inverness host Aberdeen, while Hearts are at home to Ross County, Partick Celtic striker, who was on loan with Hibernian from Wolves last season, netted a hat-trick in the Edinburgh club's Scottish Cup win over Killie in March 2013.<p>He also scored in the Premiership draw with Killie the week before and is now hoping he can get another goal, this time for the Hoops, when he returns to Rugby Park on Friday.<p>"It's always good to have the first game of the weekend out of the way and hopefully we can go there and put in another performance like we did against Inverness Caley Thistle and come away with the three points," Griffiths told the club's official website.<p>"I have scored a few goals against Kilmarnock, and I actually scored a hat-trick the last time I played there, so hopefully I can keep the run going with another goal or two.<p>"I don't boss Mark Hughes.<p>25-year old striker McKay took his season tally to 12 goals with a double in Caley's 2-0 win at Heart of Midlothian while 23-year old Watkins was impressive in the middle as Hughes' side remained second on the table with a 10th victory from 15 outings.<p>"Billy is an exceptional talent and a lovely kid to go and work with," he said.<p>"He certainly has that quality in his locker and showed that with a great right-foot and a left-foot finish.<p>"And Marley Watkins was different class. I have a soft spot for him because he is still a young kid and has been given the opportunity to come up here by Terry Butcher. He really gets himself involved.<p>"When he plays like he did today he is a real handful. He has all the tricks - stepovers, dragbacks.
