Ronaldo: Real Madrid playing far better than Barcelona

Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo is confident of overhauling Barcelona and winning the Liga this season.

Ronaldo told Portuguese reporters momentum is with Real in the two-way title race.

"Sure we can win the league," said Ronaldo emphatically. "Looking at recent games, we're playing much better than Barcelona, but they are first and must be respected.

"We just have to worry about ourselves and keep doing things like we are now. We are confident in our chances."

Yet you have to comment about Barcelona every single day. What a muppet. Barcelona will trash you once again at Bernabeu. Remember last season? 2-6, what a game!

You keep on scoring against lower teams in the league. It doesn't scare anyone.

Madrid certainly is outdistancing barcelona at least in the goal scoring department. but as cr9 said barcelona stil deserve respect as they continue to crown the log, fans should therfor be wary and not start celebrating yet, its always possible that madrids current red hot form will not last the whole season giving barca or another team the perfect fantastic to win. that said im very excited about madrids hot form and as a fan myself can only hope that it doesnt dwindle. hala madrid!!
