Ronaldo: I'm joining Real Madrid to become greatest EVER

Cristiano Ronaldo says he's joined Real Madrid to become the world's greatest EVER.

"My goal is to be the best in history, not among the best in history ... just the best!" declared the departing Manchester United star.

"I want to show that I am worth the money Real Madrid have paid for me."

The £80 million man also told Marca: "Florentino Perez has revolutionised the football world.

"Now I can say that I have fulfilled my dream.

"Monday will be the biggest moment of my life."

The Portuguese star will be unveiled by Real at the Santiago Bernabeu on Monday.

barca are gona win the title next season.. so prepare for a baron run real.. u cant buy success.. titles are won thru team quality not individual quality. barca play the best football whereas real are buying players who need to be the central focus... the previous galactico era was a flop - 1 league title is hardly a good return for their investment.. the fact that they had to be bailed out financially by selling their training ground and support from the govermnet shows what their state was like.. this era will be no different.. cmon barca show them that you cannot just buy world football and expect success.. developed team unity is the key to being great.. o and sign david villa so he can score a hat trick against them
