Roma striker Luca Toni is facing two weeks on the sidelines after suffering an injury just three minutes into their victory over Juventus.

However, reports from Turin would suggest it is the recurrence of a left calf injury that had already troubled the Roma star.

It is claimed the freezing cold temperatures at the Olimpico, where it is -5 degrees Celsius, aggravated the muscle.

If it is only a minor lesion, then Toni will be sidelined for around two weeks.

If tomorrow's tests show a more serious lesion and therefore a calf strain, he could well be absent for a month.
