Roma coach Ranieri concedes deal unlikely for Inter Milan defender Burdisso

AS Roma coach Claudio Ranieri concedes a move for Inter Milan defender Nicolas Burdisso is now unlikely.

Roma snapped up Parma defender Paolo Castellini yesterday.

“Inter don’t want to give him to us. It’s possible he will go elsewhere,” explained Ranieri.

“We’re in the race and will see how it goes. Inter and Juve spend all day arguing, then at night they get together to make deals.”
