Reps offer Arsenal's Song to Barcelona

Representatives of Alex Song have urged Barcelona to bid for the Arsenal defender.

Sport says Song was offered to Barca sports director Txiki Begiristain this week through intermediaries.

Song enjoyed an outstanding performance last night in Arsenal's Champions League victory at Celtic.

This is one of the silliest stories I 've ever read. Song, on the cusp of becoming a true Wengeresque player being offered to Barca at the time of Hleb's lamentations. Ha! Is this a suggestion that Song is as silly as Petit, Overmars and Hleb?
