Reid diet so good Sunderland boss Bruce wants tips!

Sunderland midfielder Andy Reid's diet is so good even manager Steve Bruce is ready to follow it!

The slimmed-down Irish playmaker ran the midfield despite Sunderland's 2-0 defeat.

Boss Bruce said: "He's stopped putting things in his throat, basically. It's quite simple. I'll take a leaf out of his book!

"But he enjoys his role and has done it well. He was excellent as a deep-lying midfielder."
