Real Zaragoza are interested in the Argentine defender Leandro Cufré.

Cufre, who is also a target for River Plate, is available after being released by Hertha Berlin at the end of last season.

Zaragoza are turning to Cufre after learning that Juventus had come in for top defensive target Martin Caceres, of Barcelona.
