Real Madrid president Florentino tribute to Guti

Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has paid tribute to midfielder Guti.

The veteran announced yesterday he was leaving Real for Besiktas.

Florentino said, “As president of Real Madrid, I want to thank a player like Guti for everything he has given to the club, where he has played for 24 years.

“He has defended the colours of this team, and showed loyalty and passion. Guti has been, and is, a different player with exceptional talent and will always be in the heart of Madrid fans.”
