Real Madrid president Florentino monitoring Rooney Man Utd situation

Real Madrid president Florentino Perez is monitoring Wayne Rooney's situation at Manchester United.

The scandal that has hit Rooney's family has alerted the interest of Perez, who has also welcomed reports that new contract talks with United have stalled.

El Mundo Deportivo and Sport say Perez is convinced Rooney will seek an escape from England should the media storm not die down in the coming days.

Jose Mourinho has already confessed Rooney is the one player in the world he would love to work with, while the striker's former United teammate Cristiano Ronaldo has already urged the England ace to join him in Madrid.

Rooney's current deal has less than two years to run.

It's sad to see perez still waiting after those two years he thinks rooney has left on his man utd contract. Perez is forgetting that this is Wayne Rooney not Gaynaldo. Tho he may have slept with prostitude, he will never ditch man utd. Rooney will eventually sign and mourino will have his desire unfulfill.
