Queensland Roar’s van Dijk linked with Indonesian clubs

Queensland Roar striker Sergio van Dijk is being linked with Indonesian clubs Sriwijaya and Pelita Jaya according to reports.

The Dutchman has Indonesian heritage and has spoken about playing with Indonesian national team in the past so a move there wouldn’t be out of the question.

The fact that the Roar find themselves in financial difficulty may see van Dijk look at other options.

Or not! Jusb because Van Dijk is considering playing for Indonesia doesn't mean he is considering lowering himself to play in the Indonesian league.
