New Portsmouth technical chief Avram Grant must thrash out his differences with defender Tal Ben Haim.
Israeli defender Ben-Haim and Grant fell out when he was manager at Chelsea from September 2007 to May 2008.
Grant said: "We have already spoken about the bad feelings at Chelsea.
"These are things that happen in football and it didn't affect our relationship outside. I will start work on Monday but things are not easy.
"It is also a new team from when I was here before."
