Orebro midfielder Alejandro Bedoya thrilled with first US cap
Orebro midfielder Alejandro Bedoya was delighted to earn his first USA cap.
The Sweden-based Bedoya was handed his debut in the loss to Honduras last year.
"I would have to say that those 30 minutes I was in the game went by rather fast," he admitted to Soccer365. "With so much running on my mind, I just looked to get out there and do some simple things right and that would allow me to come into the game more and more.
"It wasn't the easiest of times to come into a game, but being able to work hard and do some good things to help the team get back into it was key.
"It was a great feeling getting my first cap and I am definitely yearning for my next one," declared Bedoya. "I saw the whole camp and game as an opportunity to work hard and do my best so that i could, in the future, hopefully get more call-ups."
