Olsson disappointed West Brom not being given more credit
The Baggies sit sixth in the Premier League table after eight games, having enjoyed a dream return to the big time.
West Brom have yet to receive the respect their performances have merited, though, with more made of the failings of their opponents than their richly-deserved success.
He said in the Express and Star: "I am a little bit sick of, every time we get a good result, everyone talking about United not having a good day, Arsenal not having a good day and Manchester City not having a good day.
"I think people have to give some credit to us because we have done it now week in, week out, against Tottenham, against Liverpool, against Arsenal, against City, and I think people have to look at our performance and say that we did well.
"We could have won the game on Saturday. Maybe United didn't have their best game but we did well.
"We now have 12 points after eight games and we deserve every point we've got so far. We are not going to apologise for where we are.
"We deserve to be where we are and we're looking forward to getting another good result against Fulham next week."
