Chelsea winger Malouda: Ancelotti can bring us stability
Chelsea winger Florent Malouda says manager Carlo Ancelotti can be a Premiership legend.
Malouda believes Ancelotti will prove a huge success if given time.
He told the Telegraph: “It’s good when you’re looking at Man U and Arsenal they keep their stability. I’ve been here for 2½ years and I’ve had five different managers. So let the manager do his job and give him time to bring the title back to the Bridge.
“He’s got the character to manage the team. You can hear his voice sometimes when he’s not happy. He’s really close to the players, talking a lot with us. He tries to know us, not only from a football point of view but about our families. He wants the players to be demanding of themselves. He explains things but it’s the player’s responsibility to take care of his body or his performance.’’
