Long ball only sometimes did we hit the long ball to try and break Villa down as they had 11 men behind the ball for 90 mins, When we drew at Villa Park we gave you a footballing lesson outplayed you all game, well in both games it's the only thing I will agree with Gooner fans borning borning Villa

Bitter Spurs fans, look at your own results before calling us boring. One result doesn't make a team boring, you should be telling that to wolves, stoke and the like... teams Villa have beaten with attacking football... believe it or not.

I was very surprised, especially with their home leg how happy Villa were to sit back and defnd for the bulk of the match. They have no ambition and won't make the CL playing like this. Maybe Spurs won't either, but at least we'll be entertained along the way.

reading these comments makes me laugh with being at the game myself i was also surprized at villa boring tactics and also found some villa fans singing it to that tells ya with friedle taking every goal kick as slowely as poss and villa aving 11 men behind ball u could say they tryed parking a bus infront of goal i dont dislike villa but they were poor accept fr in defence reckon birmingham will be above them next season there more exiting and just as defensive

Was Bradd Friedel on another planet Saturday, of the two Keepers all i seen Gomez do was warm Up and catch the odd ball , BF was far the busier of the Two, he might want to have a word with there Midfield and forwards, they were part of the Big Bus parked in front of his Goal, Yid Army

I went to Villa Park & The Lane on Saturday both games Villa were just happy not to get beaten, both games we should have won, Villa have some excellant players and I had a lot of respect for O'Neill but he will win nothing with his negative tactics, Spurs can still get in champions league as 3rd & 4th places are up for grabs, gooners are being found out now hopefully they will be the one to drop out of the top 4 COYS
