Lazio coach Ballardini hopes to call on Ledesma

Lazio coach Davide Ballardini is desperate to call on Cristian Ledesma.

The Rome club have dropped into the bottom three with Ballardini's job now on the line. Ledesma has rarely played this season after clashing with management over a contract row.

"The truth is that yesterday the President (Claudio Lotito) met with Ledesma and they have some issues to clear up,” explained Ballardini.

“I hope it can be sorted out within a couple of days. Then we can move forward, but only once those issues are resolved.”
