Sick Konto_kuda, if u think u r gd enough why is the need to employ an Italian (Capello) to become England coach? Leave the decision to Capello since he is the right man who knows what is happening in the dressing room. He who trains and coach the England team knows little Than U (wat a joke). As for Rio not being captain for United does not mean he cannot be captain of England.United have better Captain in Gary and Rio has more Experience than Gerrard. Gerrard may be a good captain 4 LooserFools but Capello knows LITTLE than u (hahahahahaha).If u still want Gerrard 2b captain ask him to play on his own ALONE.By the way we need Captain just to lead the players on the field. U can have 11 captains on the field but only 1 can wear the ARMBAND (Do U Understand,Idiot???)

Kontol_kunda,u must av a loose screw dat needs fixing in ur head.What captaincy charisma does Rooney has?he has no captain quality.Sentiments apart.He is a good player on his day.If u are in ur rite senses,u wil knw dat there is nuffin Steven Gerard can do this season to Liverpool's form.May be u want him to take cash out of his pocket to buy players,or u want him as a captain to play his heart out even when he is injured.U are a sick Football fan that knws nuffin about d game but to watch, laf and complain.My 2 yr old cousin even knws more about football than u.Dont tel me u have a beta brain than d people that voted 65% 4 General Gerrard.U must be crazy 4 asking Capello to give his team's leadership to that rude boy where Lampard could have been beta if not Gerrard.may b u think Rooney wil do a four man job as a captain?Goal keeper,defender,mid fielder and attacker.What did England win with Beckham?Captains dnt necessarily win world cups.They only encourage the team to succeed.

@Kontol_kuda - You are an idiot! Rio isn't even Man Utd Captain. And Rooney will have his time as captain but there are a lot more experienced players than him. Gerrard would be a fantastic captain. He has lead Liverpool to FA Cup and Euro Champs League glory. Rio has all failed drug tests in the past and doesn't have the heart for winning like Gerrard has!

What a JOKE,I know gerrard is a good player but he even cannot lead looserfool to compete for th premier title. And their target is only big four not winning the premier league.

So if he become england captain he will only lead to big four not to win world cup thropy....LOL....

Btw rooney will fit the job,he is on fire and more mature,if he is captain then everyone will boost by his spirit.....
