Manchester United midfielder Matty James is on the move.
The Mirror says United boss Sir Alex Ferguson is ready to son Darren a new favour - by sending England Under-20 midfield star James to Preston on loan.
Fergie senior has already let his lad have Danny Welbeck for the Championship side and now James, a talented play-maker, could join him at Deepdale.
Burnley-born James was a guest of Preston's at their home defeat by Barnsley and can leave United on loan to continue his football education.
