Man Utd encouraged as Racing Santander deny Real Madrid Canales deal

You guys realise these are contradicting terms? If he is out of contract in the summer then yes he can sign for a team outside of his league from jan 1st, and he must wait for his contract to be in his last month (I believe) to talk to domestic teams but he could move on a free if he chooses to do that. Therefore if he signs for real, Santander won't have to agree a fee as they will only be entitled to a nominal training compensation. The only way Santander can sell him now is to get him to sign a nee contract

Bosman rule. he cannot sign an agreement within his own league but he can outside. So maybe they have verbally agreed something and maybe not but those things can always change later on. Sure the seller would want to agree a price to get some money in but a team outside spain can always come in and offer the kid's father a lot more money as a signing on fee - and money talks. We will see what happens between now and the summer.

Dude its being said the deal has been agreed and Canales has choosen Madrid..but still the deal is hanging and Canales has not signed the deal yet..if the player is satisfied by the deal then until now he should have put the pen on the paper but he is hesitating to sign on them..the reason behind it is Real Madrid can buy top players but cant develop them..they dont have any idea what tactics should be applied and which posistion is suited for a player..its better he chooses Manchester United rather than Real Mad because Manutd can develop him see for ex. Ronaldo and in future after having great 5 years at United he can decide to go to real mad..otherwise his role will be just a sub

you have only taken a little bit of the story. in a press conference, pernia has said that canales has chosen real madrid last week. racing and madrid have agreed a deal and a contract is ready but both clubs have stated their is no rush and allow canales to take his time. but HE IS JOINING REAL MADRID!!!!
