Former Arsenal captain Tony Adams has been linked with the vacant coaching job at New York Red Bulls.
According to Soccer By Ives, the ex-England international’s name has been thrown up as a potential target for the MLs club who had the worst record in the competition last season.
There is also a link between Adams and his old Gunners teammate Thierry Henry, who New York are targeting as a Designated Player, which adds strength to the argument.
Adams has managerial experience in the English Premier League with Portsmouth and despite it being a failed stint, it is believed Red Bull officials are definitely interested.
