AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani was delighted for Klaas-Jan Huntelaar after his scoring breakthrough.
The Dutchman struck both goals in their 2-0 win over Catania.
Galliani said: "I am very happy for Klaas, who scored two goals and the second was great. Tonight then we must admit that there was also a little luck.
"At least they'll now say the 15 million we spent on Huntelaar was correct.
"He was never for sale."
