Jim Cassell insists he's happy with his new role at Manchester City.
The celebrated academy coach is now setting up the Blues’ International Academies and says he's happy with his job.
Cassell told City's website: “I am really happy here.
“I have had other job offers but said no to them.
"There is great scope to create something really exciting in Abu Dhabi and I am a believer that you can’t fail at anything if you apply yourself properly and that is what I intend to do.
“I probably go to bed more tired now than I did before and I am not doing half the physical things in my job that I used to do. But it is a great challenge and I look forward to each day.”
