Wigan boss Martinez confirms January signing plans

Wigan Athletic boss Roberto Martinez says he'll be active in January.
Martinez fears his squad lacks depth for the second-half of the season.
He said: "The chairman speaks his mind always but all I can say is that this is now my squad and it is my job to improve it - and to help the players improve too.
"We are a bit thin on numbers and certain weaknesses have shown up in the defeat at Tottenham and in other games.
"So I will look to make some signings in January, knowing that the really tough part of the season is the final third. Then we will need every player we can call on."
