Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp is unsure if Paul Hart will stay at Portsmouth after his sacking this week.
Hart has been offered a technical director's role by the club and is said to be mulling it over.
In his column for The Sun, Redknapp wrote: "What will be difficult for Hart now is whether or not to stay on at Portsmouth.
"He was responsible for developing Alan Smith, Ian Harte and Jonathan Woodgate among others at Leeds.
"Hart brought through Jermaine Jenas and Michael Dawson at Nottingham Forest who are now with me at Spurs - he really does know what he is doing.
"It's not for me to say if he should remain at Fratton Park coaching the under-21 players. He would find work elsewhere no problem."
