Wolfsburg striker Edin Dzeko remains in the sights of Manchester United.
The Telegraph says United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has had scouts watch Dzeko since the turn of the year. United spent a season assessing the qualities of Antonio Valencia last term before completing an £18m move for Wigan midfielder.
Dzeko, who scored in the German champions’ 2-1 defeat at Old Trafford in September, has spoken recently of wanting a summer move to AC Milan.
