Why do we have a reserve team and/or an academy in the first place?We need to see these players as well as them getting experience.
Look at Arsenal and Manchester United .When they get injuries, the young lads come through well as they are used to first team action unlike our lads.

When will Kakuta, Borini and Matic have a chance when you splash so many millions on 2-3 players... I'm sure they won't sit on the bench!

NOOOOOOOOOO. SCREW OFF CHELSEA!!!!!!!! THis player belongs in Italy. Napoli will become a top team in at least 3 years and the team is centered around Hamsik. No matter what the offer, Napoli will say no. Try again in a few years after Napoli have been established as a top club in Europe. Money can't buy everything.
