brazil are a lot better then chelsea... plus how can u even cmopare the tow.. going back to the champoins league argument look at how many quality players there are from brazil how many are ther from england.... ? rooney, gerrard... that's about it.. lampard maybe..
yeah in also think brazil is just unstoppable unless something happens like that happened to chelsea against barcelona............
We are talking about World Cup and not UCL. Brazil has a better combination and also they have wide variety of players who can play in different positions. England only have a few-3 or 4 players with such versatility...that's why when such players were out of the game, they lost! Brazil also missed a penalty!
Ok , good point, but let's look at it..
Player's that were named in their squads during the '08-'09 UCL campaign.
Brazilians:
MU - Anderson, Rafael, Fabio.
Chelsea - Alex, J. Belleti, Mineiro.
Barca - Dani Alves, Sylvinho.
Arsenal - N/A
English:
MU - Rooney, Ferdinand, Carrick, Wes Brown, G. Neville, Hargreaves & Foster.
Chelsea - Terry, Lampard, Cashley Cole, Joe Cole, Wayne Bridge (Ross Turnball wasn't in any of the UCL squads)
Arsenal - Gibbs, Walcott, Wilshere, Mark Randall
Barca -
16:8 to England, not too bad. I am sure I missing a few.
i got a question ... of the final 4 clubs ... ( MU, Chelsea, Barca and Arsenal) ... what was the ratio of Brazilians to English? when you answer that question ... you will see why the odds were like that.
