Inter Milan join battle for Internacional starlet Sandro

Inter Milan have joined the scramble for Brazil international midfielder Sandro.

Tuttosport says Inter coach Jose Mourinho sees Sandro as a long-term successor for Patrick Vieira.

Internacional have indicated they're prepared to sell Sandro this January and are already in advanced negotiations with Tottenham for the 20 year-old.

Sandro is tied to Internacional until 2014 and carries a price-tag in the region of £14 million.
