Lorik Cana is happy to be available for Sunderland ahead of their clash with Arsenal.
Cana is set to make his return from suspension this weekend.
He is excited by the prospect of facing Arsenal, having missed out on the 2-0 defeat to the Gunners' rivals Tottenham last time out.
Cana told the club's official website: "It was very hard for me to watch my own team-mates from the sidelines. I could not do anything. Especially for myself, it is very frustrating.
"But I did not have a choice and it was important for me to be there with them and support them even though I could not play."
