Chelsea striker Kalou clashes with Ivory Coast teammate Meite

Chelsea striker Salomon Kalou has had a blow-up with an Ivory Coast teammate.

Kalou was left out of the World Cup qualifier against Guinea at the weekend after an altercation with a team mate, the Ivorian Football Federation said on Tuesday.

Kalou has been disciplined after kicking out at West Brom defender Abdoulaye Meite during training on the eve of Saturday's 3-0 win in Abidjan.
