Sunderland confident £6M enough for Wigan's Figueroa

Sunderland boss Steve Bruce is pushing through a deal for Wigan Athletic fullback Maynor Figueroa.
The Sun says Wigan's Honduras defender Figueroa, 26, expects to recover from a knee ligament injury in time to link up with his former boss with the Latics set to accept a £6m bid.
Bruce has been chasing Figueroa since leaving the DW and is desperate to bring him to Wearside.
