David Beckham may be forced to withdraw from England’s international friendly against Brazil if the LA Galaxy advance to the next stage of MLS play-offs.
The Galaxy take on derby rivals Chivas USA in the second leg of their semi-final today and if they are successful, the 34-year old midfielder will be unavailable for international duty.
Beckham was named in Fabio Capello’s 24-man squad for the trip to play the number one nation in world football in Qatar but the match clashes with the MLS Western Conference final which the Galaxy are a big chance to qualify for.
