Konchesky: Fulham Euro hopes not over

Fulham fullback Paul Konchesky insists their Europa League chances are not over.
The defeat to Roma now leaves Fulham sitting third in Group E but Konchesky was not writing off Fulham’s chances of qualifying for the knockout stages just yet.
“But football’s a funny game, teams can lose games,” he told fulhamfc.com. “All we’ve got to do is concentrate on trying to win our games and hopefully the other teams can get us the results.
“But the Premier League is the competition we want to do well in and if we can take the performances against Roma and Liverpool into the Wigan game and start really well we shouldn’t have problems.”
