Wolves boss McCarthy happy to track Irish talent

Wolves boss Mick McCarthy says he'll continue mining Irish football for talent.

McCarthy took Wolves to Ireland on Monday for a friendly with Kevin Doyle's former club Wexford.

He said: “It’s difficult to say that the Eircom League prepares people for the Premier League and Championship – there’s still work to be done – but we’ve done well with bringing some in.”
