Atalanta striker Acquafresca not thinking of Genoa return

Robert Acquafresca is happy with Atalanta.

The young striker is on-loan at Atalanta from Genoa and his agent says he's not ready to return to his parent club.

Paolo Fabbri told TMW: “I can only tell you that it depends on Atalanta and the player.

“I am aware of the situation and it makes me happy that Preziosi wants him again. But Acquafresca has a deal with Atalanta. It's unexpected for me, seeing as Genoa have a squad of the highest order.

“Right now, Robert isn't playing because of injury. It's all frozen. We cannot evaluate the situation until he is fit to play again. If he doesn't play on his return, then we will all sit down around a table and speak again."
