Liverpool boss Benitez: Everyone at Anfield knew Man Utd would not win

Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez insists victory over Manchester United on Sunday was always going to happen.
While players and fans celebrated Fernando Torres’s opener wildly, unruffled Rafa just took a glance at his watch. Benitez said: "From the keeper to the last fan on the Kop, we were not going to be beaten.
"The players just did not want to lose and this was the perfect response.
"With the fans getting behind the team, we had 12 men on the pitch. We’ve answered a lot of questions."
Bullish stuff from a boss whose Premier League record against great rivals United is four wins, seven defeats and a draw.
