QPR boss Jim Magilton has happy to fly under the radar and continue their steady rise up the Championship table.
After a slow start, the Hoops have found themselves in sixth position on the table following their 4-2 come-from-behind win over Derby County on the weekend and the manager is delighted with his side’s current form.
"I'm delighted with the direction we're heading in,” he said after QPR hit four goals for the third game in succession.
"Our progression has been steady. We've skipped under the radar, which is fabulous, but we're a very grounded group and we won't be letting a result like this get us too carried away."
