Quique Flores could oversee a massive January spending spree at Atletico Madrid.
Marca says the new Atletico coach has identified several areas in his team in need of strengthening.
For a new right-back, Schalke 04's Brazilian, Rafinha, Dutchman Gregory van der Wiel (Ajax), the Frenchman Rod Fanni (Rennes) and Emmanuel Eboue (Arsenal), are all under consideration.
Arsenal midfielder Fran Merida and Lanus star Eduardo Salvio are also in Atletico sights to lift their flagging midfield.
